**Hogget is a lamb which is over one year old, meaning the cuts and weights are heavier.

Consisting of 2 half shoulder joints (bone-in), 2 boned and rolled half shoulder joints, 2 half leg joints, 1 whole leg joint, loin chops, cutlets, chump chops, neck fillet & mince or dice.

All vacuum packed, and labelled with weight and cut. Minimum weight 18kg.
