**Hogget is a lamb which is over one year old, meaning the cuts and weights are heavier.

Consisting of 2 half shoulder joints (bone in), 2 half leg joints, loin chops, cutlets, chump chops, neck fillet & mince or dice.

All vacuum packed, and labelled with weight and cut. Minimum weight 9kg.
